Terms of Service for Learners (Vincular)

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms of Service apply to individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Learners") who take lessons through Vincular (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Article 2 (Service Flow)

1. Lesson reservations, payments, initial contact with tutors, and lesson history management shall all be completed on the Service.
2. Lesson content and materials shall generally be prepared by the tutor and adjusted according to the learner's level and purpose as necessary.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Learners must not engage in the following acts:

1. Direct transactions or exchange of money with tutors outside of the Service.
2. Slander, harassment, or nuisance behavior towards tutors or the management.
3. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
4. Third-party use of accounts or infringement of rights.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

1. The lesson fee shall be the amount including tax presented at the time of reservation, and the reservation is confirmed upon completion of payment.
2. The payment method shall follow the means specified on the site.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)

1. Cancellations due to the learner's convenience are possible up to 2 days before the lesson date, in which case the lesson can be rescheduled to another date or held as a credit balance.
2. Cancellations on the day before or the day of the lesson, and unauthorized absences, are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. (Refunds are generally not provided)
3. Refunds may be exceptionally provided only in the following cases:
   • Serious negligence by the tutor (unauthorized absence, etc.)
   • When the lesson becomes impossible due to system failure The management will make the final decision on the possibility and method of refund.

Article 6 (Handling of Troubles)

1. If there are any questions or troubles regarding lesson content or tutor response, please contact the management, and the management will arbitrate as necessary.
2. However, we cannot accept final responsibility for troubles between tutors and learners.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The management does not guarantee the effects or results associated with taking lessons.
2. The management is not responsible for any damages caused by the suspension or change of the Service.
