Policy regarding cancellations and refunds

Cancellation Policy (For Learners)

This Cancellation Policy applies as a regulation when taking lessons provided through Vincular. By booking a lesson on this service, the learner is deemed to have agreed to this policy.

Article 1 (Cancellation and Changes)

  1. Lesson cancellations and rescheduling are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson start time.
  2. For cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the lesson start time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the lesson fee will be charged.
  3. In the case of a learner's unauthorized absence (no contact after the lesson starts), the right to take one lesson will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be available.

Article 2 (Refunds)

  1. No refunds will be made for cancellations or changes due to the learner's convenience.
  2. Notwithstanding the above, refunds or rescheduling may be provided at the discretion of the management in the following cases:
    • In case of unauthorized absence or serious negligence by the tutor.
    • In case the lesson could not be conducted due to system failure of this service, etc.
    • In principle, compensation by rescheduling lessons will be prioritized over refunds.

Article 3 (Lateness)

  1. Even if the lesson time is shortened due to the learner's lateness, no reduction or refund of the usage fee will be made.
  2. If the learner does not join within 15 minutes after the lesson starts without contact, it will be considered an unauthorized absence.
  3. If the tutor is late, we will adjust by extending the time or providing a rescheduled lesson.

Article 4 (Special Provisions for Force Majeure)

In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons, disasters, accidents, sudden illness, etc., the following special provisions may be applied upon confirmation of proof and situation.

  • Exemption from cancellation fees
  • Provision of rescheduled lessons However, the applicability of special provisions and the content of the response will be determined by the management.

Article 5 (Method of Contact)

Notifications of cancellation and changes shall be made through the reservation management screen within this service provision site or the designated chat system. Contact via SNS, personal DM, telephone, etc. will not be treated as an application in principle.
